IT360, Inc. finds success with help from the
Peoria Chapter 0090 SCORE office.

Matt Machala and Don Dawson own and operate IT360, Inc., an Information Technology (IT) company that assists small and mid sized companies in the Peoria area to evaluate, implement, and maintain their business computer systems.   Together they turned an idea they had, along with SCORE counseling, into a thriving locally owned computer technology business.  

Matt says, “Don and I were looking for an experienced, objective sounding board that could help us to map out a strategy to grow our business.  SCORE members Carl Arrenius and Larry Schorn took an immediate interest in what we were trying to accomplish and the discussions we had were very candid and focused on our vision, future growth and implementation strategies.  They advised us on numerous areas involved in operating a successful business such as marketing, recruiting, and even assisted us with our employee profit sharing package.”

When Matt and Don came to SCORE, we could tell immediately that they would be very successful.  Their knowledge of the IT business was second to none.  However, they really needed guidance and help in developing a marketing plan for their new business.  As marketing is our area of expertise we were happy we could assist and lead them with many ideas, most of which they have implemented.
