SCORE Counseling Is Free.

SCORE Has 389 Chapters and more than 10,500 Volunteer Counselors in the U.S.
Counseling And Low Cost Workshops Are Available In Local Communities.
Counselors Include Working and Retired Executives as well as Business Owners.

How Does It Work?
Phone for an appointment. One or two counselors will meet with you to discuss your needs or problems. Sessions are typically one hour. Feel free to ask any questions you may have whether you are in business or interested in starting a business. The counselor(s) will answer questions and offer suggestions.

You may schedule subsequent sessions, as you desire. If your need requires specialized expertise, another counselor with that expertise may be asked to attend. All information is strictly confidential. There is no charge for SCORE counseling.

Who Are the SCORE Counselors?
Counselors are active or retired, experienced executives, business owners or managers from widely diversified fields. They donate their time to advise and assist you with business planning and operations. They provide insight into how to plan, start, franchise, manage or obtain financing for a business. Some volunteer counselors have general business knowledge and some have specialized expertise.
