Lake Manor Retirement Home Owners Grow Multiple Businesses

Araceli Lear and her business partner, Josephine Diola have influenced solid and rewarding business growth and expansion in the evolution of three businesses.

The initial venture was Care Solutions – a Home Healthcare business providing Freedom in Living at Home. The Home Care services includes nursing, speech therapy, blood draws, personal response systems, medication management, wound treatment, physical therapy, occupational therapy and medical equipment setup.

Lake Manor Retirement Home- the acquisition and management of the full service care facility provides rewarding, active and secure experiences for the residents.

Tiny Tots Child Care – The childcare connection serves infants – 5 years located in the lower level of the Lake Manor Retirement Home in Pekin, Il and is DCFS Licensed.

Both partners have extensive experience working in the health and long term care field and have appreciated numerous meetings with SCORE counselors and the Pekin, Il and Morton, Il, Economic Development offices.
