This workshop will provide the necessary tax and licensing information and the legal implications concerned in the initation and conduct of one's business.  Covered in this seminar will be the formation of a business entity  -- a proprietorship or a partnership – a limited partnership -- a corporation -- a limited liability company (LLC) -- and the state and federal income tax implications of each. The business licenses and insurance requirements are reviewed.
